The Allan Chesang Foundation, (ACF) is a registered non-governmental organization in Kenya that was founded on May 24, 2015. The organization’s main objective is to promote access to quality education among needy students in Trans-Nzoia County and beyond. The foundation’s founder, Hon. Allan Chesang, is a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of the people he serves.

Home Building

AEM made its return to Kenya in October 2024 to continue our collaboration with ACF in constructing homes for designated widows.  Since 2020, AEM and ACF have successfully built over 20 residences across Kitale.  Originally, we focused on local mud houses, but we have since transitioned to constructing full brick homes with concrete floors, which will greatly aid in the management of jiggers for residents of these houses.  We are already making plans to return to Kenya in October 2025 to further develop this home building initiative.

Medical Mission Camps

AEM joined forces with ACF to organize its second medical mission.  The 2024 mission took place at the Bikeke Dispensary in Kiminini Sub-County.  More than 7,000 patients with various ailments received crucial medical attention.  This camp offered vital medical services and showcased our unwavering dedication to assisting the underprivileged and children.

Feeding Programs

AEM and ACF have identified two orphanages where access to essential food supplies like maize, milk powder, beans, rice, and flour is urgently needed. In addition, the supply of primary education and educational materials is vital, particularly since many of the children in these homes face severe disabilities and are often marginalized by society.

Clean Water Wells

The construction of clean water wells is essential. Accessing running water can be quite costly, and establishing wells is crucial for installing toilets within the school premises. At present, students rely on pit latrines, which pose challenges during the rainy season due to rising water levels that hinder their use.
