Human trafficking and child sex slavery in Cambodia represent a pervasive epidemic. AEM has joined forces with a local organization committed to rescuing young girls ensnared in sex exploitation. Moreover, numerous impoverished families rely on income generated by their children scavenging in garbage dumps, which sadly hinders these children, especially girls, from pursuing education. AEM collaborates with these families by offering financial support equivalent to the child's potential earnings (typically $2 monthly) as an incentive for allowing the child to attend school.
Many children live in dire conditions and suffer from severe lice infestations. In collaboration with a partner school, AEM continues to provide essential weekly funding to treat children affected by lice. This initiative also includes educating parents on lice removal techniques for their homes and offering preventive solutions for easy application at home.
AEM’s flagship humanitarian initiative was established during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. In collaboration with the Allan Chesang Foundation, AEM continues to commit itself to its mission of delivering vital medical services to many individuals, building homes for widows, executing feeding programs for orphans, and offering educational support for underprivileged women and children.
AEM's initiatives in Kenya comprise the construction of houses for widows, medical missions that have delivered health care to thousands, and the donation of laptops to empower the Allan Chesang Foundation's IT Empowerment Center, which focuses on providing IT-related training for disadvantaged youth.
Uganda stands as one of AEM's latest initiatives, operating alongside projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. AEM has funded the acquisition of motorcycles that enhance outreach efforts. Furthermore, AEM has sponsored the drilling and installation of water wells, which now deliver clean water to countless villages across the region.
AEM has been dedicated to its initiatives in Nigeria for more than two decades. Our projects encompass a variety of crucial efforts, including monthly feeding programs for widows, construction of safe housing for them, medical clinics providing essential health services, nutritional support at orphanages, and small-scale business empowerment initiatives aimed at fostering economic independence.
AEM remains committed to sponsoring the construction of a church in the village of Nathan Khalsa Pattuki Kasui, a predominantly Muslim area, providing a safe space for Christians to worship without fear of retribution. Additionally, AEM is actively funding the support necessary for a Pastor and his family, whom AEM rescued from slavery.
The Philippines is one of AEM’s most significant missions. AEM consistently supports weekly feeding programs. This effort includes evangelism and outreach initiatives in prisons, alongside the development and maintenance of chicken coops and pig farms for micro-industry projects. Moreover, AEM has funded the procurement of small bicycles and motorcycles to reach remote regions, and has provided educational supplies and financial support to parents, ensuring that children can access invaluable educational opportunities.
